- Technical specifications of the equipment.
- Delivery terms, including timelines and costs.
- Warranty conditions and after-sales service.
- Possible payment options.

Provision (TCP)

After agreeing on all the details of the Technical and Commercial Proposal (TCP) with the client, the parties proceed to conclude the contract. This stage includes:
- Discussion and clarification of the contract terms, including the rights and obligations of the parties.
- Signing of the contract, which formalizes all agreed-upon terms, including delivery timelines, payment conditions, and responsibilities of the parties.
- Provision of necessary legal and financial guarantees for the fulfillment of obligations.

Conclusion of the Contract

At this stage, the "turnkey" project implementation is carried out, which includes:
- Organization of logistics and transportation of equipment and materials to the construction site.
- Installation and setup of equipment on-site, if stipulated in the contract.
- Conducting necessary testing and commissioning to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.
- Handover of the project to the client, including the preparation of all necessary documents, such as work completion certificates and compliance certificates
